- Fr. Randy Flores, SVD, is the current Rector of the Diocesan Shrine of Jesus the Divine Word in the Diocese of Cubao and Director of the Diocesan Biblical Apostolate. He is also Vice Provincial Superior of the SVD Philippine Central Province and Executive Director of the Arnold Janssen Catholic Mission Foundation, Inc. He holds a PhD in Theology from the Ateneo de Manila University (2015), a Doctorate in Sacred Theology (STD) from the Loyola School of Theology (2014), a Licentiate in Sacred Scripture (SSL) from the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome (1999), and an M.A. in Pastoral Ministry from the Divine Word Seminary (1995). He has served as President of the Catholic Biblical Association of the Philippines (CBAP), Chairperson of the Tagaytay Religious Association (TRA), and Dean of Studies of the Divine Word Seminary.
